This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information by BRANELL Drafting and Design, LLC (“BDD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with your access to and use of the website located at www.branelldd.com (the “Site”), the secure client portal, and participation in the BRANELL Loyalty Rewards Program (the “Program”), and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site, using the client portal, participating in the Program, or otherwise engaging with the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Website and Loyalty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Services.

1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information Provided by You

  • Contact and identification details, including name, business entity name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address;

  • Account and Program-related information, including login credentials, cumulative qualifying spend, reward balances, and redemption records.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Technical and usage data, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring and exit pages, pages visited, time and date of access, and duration of visits;

  • Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies are used for session management, authentication, analytics, and Site functionality.

Sensitive Personal Information

  • We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, precise geolocation, or biometric identifiers).

2. How We Collect Information
Personal information is collected:

  • Directly from you through contact forms, email communications, client portal logins, or Program interactions;

  • Automatically through server logs, cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies;

  • From limited third-party sources, such as analytics providers.

3. Purposes of Collection and Use
We process personal information solely for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site, client portal, and Services;

  • To respond to inquiries, administer the Program, and communicate Program-related notifications (including reward balances and expiration reminders);

We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, nor do we sell personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws.

  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, provided the successor entity agrees to substantially similar data protection obligations.

We use essential cookies to enable core Site functionality and limited performance and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns and improve the Services.   • Access or obtain a copy of your personal data;

  • Correct inaccuracies;

  • Delete certain personal data;

  • Opt out of targeted advertising or profiling (note: we do not engage in targeted advertising or profiling for significant decisions).

To exercise these rights, submit a verifiable request to info@branelldd.com, including sufficient information to confirm your identity and the nature of your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, subject to extension). We will not discriminate against individuals who exercise their privacy rights.

9. International Data Transfers

The Services are hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We utilize appropriate safeguards for any such transfers as required by law.

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will promptly delete such information.
